TOM Driver is for courier drivers whose company provides an account. For an assignment, stop instruction or delivery issue, contact your Operations team through the app Inbox.
App access and technical support
For an app access or technical issue, contact jeet@xtramilecouriers.co.uk. Include your device model, OS version, app version and a short description. Never email a password, full bank details or private customer evidence.

Work waiting to send
If saved work has not sent, reconnect and check its receipt. Keep the app's saved data and contact Operations if the problem continues.
