About this version
This website presents TOM-Intelligence Ltd and is an early version shared for feedback and preparation for security assessment. It is an informational website, with illustrative workflows rather than a live AI product.
You cannot make a purchase, upload a document, enter an AI prompt or submit an application through these pages.
Registered-company disclosures, a permanent public contact address and full hosting information are still being completed. This notice describes the current review version; it is not a statement that all launch or certification requirements have been met.
Your information
When you browse
We have not added contact forms, newsletter signups, advertising trackers or audience-analytics tools to these pages. The capability diagrams do not process your data or make decisions about you.
The hosting arrangement for this version is Vercel, with Cloudflare managing the domain and DNS for tom-intelligence.com. Hosting, access and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and request records to deliver and protect the website. We are confirming the provider’s processing roles, retention and any international transfers before a general launch. We do not claim that visiting this website involves no personal-data processing.
If you contact TOM separately
We use the name, contact details and message you choose to provide to answer your enquiry or consider your feedback. For ordinary business correspondence, our stated basis is our legitimate interest in responding and managing the conversation. A general enquiry is not consent to marketing.
Please send only what is needed for your enquiry. Do not send passwords, payment details or confidential client information as website feedback. We keep correspondence while handling the matter and any justified follow-up; specific retention periods are being finalised.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access or correct your personal information, request deletion or restriction, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Other rights, including portability and withdrawal of consent, apply where relevant. Use the contact route below for a request or concern.
The recruitment link opens an external website. Review that provider’s privacy information before applying. Any recruitment information later received by TOM requires the relevant candidate privacy information.

The website introduces TOM’s proposed capabilities. Content may change as this version develops. Workflow illustrations are not live demonstrations, customer results or guarantees. Confirm the scope and requirements of any project directly with TOM; paid services require a separate agreement.
Content and responsible use
You may view, download or print pages for personal use or internal business evaluation, retaining attribution. Other reuse is subject to the relevant rights and licences. These terms do not grant a licence to use TOM’s logo or trade marks or restrict rights you already have under law or a third-party licence.
Do not introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access, impersonate others or deliberately disrupt the website. Review access is not permission to run intrusive security tests; agree any testing scope with TOM first.
Availability and external links
Pages may be updated or temporarily unavailable. External websites operate under their own terms and policies. Please report errors through the contact route below.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Access for more people
The site includes keyboard navigation, a skip-to-content link, text descriptions for meaningful images, accessible capability-tab controls and support for reduced-motion preferences. The homepage’s blue light animation stays still for visitors who request reduced motion through their device or browser settings. These policy sections can be read without running the homepage’s interactive scripts.
A full accessibility audit against WCAG 2.2 level AA has not been completed. We are not claiming full conformance or compatibility with every assistive-technology combination.
If something is difficult to use, tell the TOM representative who shared this site with you which page is affected and what would help. You can request information in an alternative format without disclosing a medical condition. We will consider the request and discuss a practical way to help.
Cyber Essentials preparation
TOM intends to seek Cyber Essentials certification. No claim of current certification is made on this review website, and no certification badge is displayed.
Cyber Essentials assesses technical controls within an agreed organisational IT scope. Publishing these notices does not demonstrate that those controls have been assessed or that a certificate has been awarded.

Questions or concerns
For a privacy request, accessibility question or website concern during this review, contact the TOM representative who shared the website with you using your existing correspondence channel. A permanent public business and privacy contact is still to be confirmed.
You do not need to use a special form or legal wording to raise a privacy complaint. We will acknowledge it within 30 days, investigate without undue delay, provide appropriate progress updates and explain the outcome. Requests to exercise data rights are handled under their own applicable deadlines.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (opens in a new tab). The ICO generally asks you to raise the concern with the organisation first.
